San Francisco homicide: Shooting victim drives away before dying

A person who was fatally shot Sunday morning in San Francisco’s South of Market district drove away from the scene but made it barely two blocks, police said Monday. The shooting happened around 4:35 a.m. in the 900 block of Folsom Street, between Sixth and Fifth streets, and the victim was found in the car at Fifth and Shipley streets, San Francisco police said in a news release.The person died at the scene.
